1. Remove the original glass.

2. Using a soft cloth dampened with
alcohol, wipe the scanner rails and
bearings clean of dirt.
NOTE
• After the scanner rails and bearings
have been cleaned, apply oil (copier
lubricant A or FLOIL 947P).
4. Using a soft cloth dampened with
alcohol, wipe the PH window [1]
clean of dirt.
