E. ID ADJUST
Functions • To set the image density by varying Vg and Vb on the engine side.
Use • Used when the image density is high or low.
Setting/ • The default setting is 0.
Procedure
F. VG ADJUST
Functions • To adjust image density by varying Vg with changing sensitivities as the PC drum is
used for an extended period of time.
Use • Used when image problems (fog, void) occur.
• Used when the PC drum unit has been replaced.
Increase the setting value to eliminate void.
Decrease the setting value to eliminate fog.
Setting/ • The default setting is 0.
Procedure
G. FUSER TEMP. (PLAIN)
Functions • To set the temperature of the fusing roller for each type of paper, thereby making up
for fusing performance that changes with the operating environment or type of paper.
Use • Used when fusing failure occurs.
• Used when the type of paper is changed.
Setting/ • The default setting is 0.
