2.7.1 The ISaGRAF Board Parameters

ISaGRAF online help or user's manual.

Because the communication to the timer/counter is performed using Operate
Calls, there is no need for manual selection of such things as a logical
address etc. t_in represents a variable for the counter timer and is used for
the operate call to decide which port to access.
