Syntax
error_code SMREL1GetLed(u_int8 PortNr,
Description
This function gets the status of the User LED on the port PortNr and writes
it to the buffer. If the LED is OFF then it returns 0, otherwise it returns 1.
This function of the LED is for the user to decide.
