If user authentication and account track settings have been specified, click the [Authentication/Account
Track] button, and then type in the user name for logging on and account information.

Saving data in the encrypted PDF user box

A command for saving a file in a user box cannot be specified from the printer's Properties dialog box for a
PDF file that requires a password to be en-tered in order for it to be opened. To print from this machine, the
file must be saved in the Encrypted PDF User Box.
The file can be saved in the Encrypted PDF User Box in either of the following two ways.
- Saving from Direct Print
- Saving with direct printing from Web Connection
