Centrifugal clutch
Assembly
Mod. 650, 700
Press in the new needle bearing until it is
flush with the outer edge of the clutch
drum's hub.
Fit together the centrifugal clutch.
Place two clutch shoes and the spring on
the clutch hub.
Fit the remaining clutch shoe.

Check that the lubrication hole in the
crankshaft is not blocked.
If necessary clean with a steel wire.

Press in the new needle bearing with a
vice and a suitable sleeve until it is flush
with the outer edge of the clutch drum's
hub.
Fit together the centrifugal clutch.
Place two clutch shoes and the spring on
the clutch hub.
NOTE!
The spring's coupling point should lie
opposite one of the hub's spokes.
Fit the remaining clutch shoe. Use pliers
No. 502 50 49-01 and a screwdriver.
Check that the lubrication hole in the
crankshaft is not blocked.
If necessary clean with a steel wire.
