To add a system speed dial number from a call
log
1.
On the Call Log screen, select the call log you want
to add a contact from.
Outgoing: Select from outgoing calls
Incoming: Select from incoming calls
Missed: Select from missed calls
2.
Select the entry with the information that you want
to add.
3.
Press Add to Speed Dial.
The Speed Dial Add window appears with
information about the contact already entered in the
fields.
4.
Edit the fields as necessary.
For details about the fields, see "Details for System
Speed Dialling Settings (Page 120)".
5.
Press OK.
Note
Up to 1000 entries can be stored in the system
speed dialling directory.
Certain types of calls, such as doorphone calls,
sensor calls, and paging calls, cannot be added
to the system speed dialling directory. For these
types of calls, the Add to Speed Dial button will
be unavailable.
To modify a system speed dial number
1.
On the Contacts screen, make sure the local
directory is displayed.
2.
Select the system speed dial number you want to
modify.
Note
To display the system speed dialling
directory, it must be selected in the
Directory List Select settings. See
"Directory List Select Settings
(Page 124)".
3.
Press

4.
Edit the fields as necessary.
For details about the fields, see "Details for System
Speed Dialling Settings (Page 120)".
5.
Press OK.
To delete a system speed dial number
1.
On the Contacts screen, make sure the local
directory is displayed.
2.
Select the system speed dial number you want to
delete.
Note
To display the system speed dialling
directory, it must be selected in the
Directory List Select settings. See
"Directory List Select Settings
(Page 124)".
3.
Press

4.
On the confirmation dialogue window, press Yes.
