Disconnect the connector from the sensor (punch hole select) (C), the sensor (punch cam front) (D), or the

sensor (punch unit HP) (E).
6.
Release the hooks securing the sensor(s) to the bracket.
Remove the sensor(s).
7.
Reinstallation note: Make sure the color coded-connectors are connected to the proper sensors, as shown.

Sensor (punch unit motor encoder) removal

Open the finisher front door assembly.

Remove the rear upper cover. See

Remove the upper media bin assembly. See
3.

Remove the top cover. See
Remove the punch carriage assembly. See
5.
Disconnect the connector from the punch unit motor assembly (A).
6.
Disconnect the connector from the sensor (punch unit motor encoder) (B).
7.
Remove the harness from the clamp.
