Description: This command reads the enabling status and the RGB color code of the no
sync picture on the active input port.

Legend:
Explanation: The no sync picture is enabled and its color is the (255, 255, 0) RGB coded
Info:
Querying of the color of no sync picture is available only on the selected active input.
