Main Bearings, Crankshaft and Cylinder Block

COMPONENTS
1. Cylinder block
2. Lower crankcase :
Apply sealant 99000-31250 to lower
crankcase mating surface.
3. Crankshaft
4. Main bearing :
Do not apply engine oil to outside sur-
faces.
5. Thrust bearing :
Set bearing facing grooved side to
crank weds.
6. Rear oil seal
7. Flywheel (M/T) Drive
plate (A/T)
8. Water pump
9. O-ring
10. Timing chain oil jet
11. O-ring
12. Clutch housing plate
ENGINE MECHANICAL (H25 ENGINE) 6A2-97
13. Cap bolt
14. Lower crankcase bolt
15. Knock sensor
16. Flywheel or drive plate bolt :
Apply sealant 99000-31110
to thread part.
17. Water pump bolt
18. Timing chain oil jet bolt
[A]: Sealant application
amount
Tightening Torque
Do not reuse
Apply engine oil to sliding
surface of each parts.
