RESET Releases HUMID TIMER
When set to HUMID MODE OFF at factory setting Menu No.
402, HUMID ALARM is displayed to protect the tape, and
VTR stops operations only for a certain period of time set by
the HUMID TIMER when condensation occurs.
However, when condensation is removed manually, the
HUMID TIMER can be released at the menu.
(For details on how to release the HUMID TIMER, refer to
Section 3-3.)
ADV. Sets the reference voltage of the voltage detection circuit
SHIFT which detects the 12.0 to 15.9 V range.
RESET (Refer to Section 2-14. for how to setting.)
ADV. Destination setting
SHIFT 1. Press the RESET (MENU SET) button and display the
RESET "type".
2. Set the destination.
UC: 09, J: 0A, CE: 0b
3. Press the RESET (MENU SET) button. The set value is
registered, and the Serial No. screen is displayed.

4. Check that "no" is displayed on the LCD, and set the Serial
No.
5. Press the RESET (MENU SET) button and resisters the
Serial No.
RESET Check the Serial No. at current.
When using M523, the LCD displays as adove.
ADV. Sets the MAINTENANCE MENU (menu No. 601 to 755) to
ON/OFF.
on: MAINTENANCE MENU are displayed and setting
changeable.
oFF: MAINTENANCE MENU are not displayed.
