This chapter explains some commands you can use to display information about the UAG's current
operational state.
Table 7 Status Show Commands
COMMAND
DESCRIPTION
Displays details about the UAG's startup state.
show boot status
Displays whether the console and auxiliary ports are on or off.
show comport status
Displays the CPU utilization.
show cpu status
Displays the disk utilization.
show disk
Displays the status of the extension card slot and USB ports and the names of devices connected
show extension-slot
to them.
Displays the current fan speed.
show fan-speed
Displays the status of each LED on the UAG.
show led status
Displays the UAG's MAC address.
show mac
Displays what percentage of the UAG's memory is currently being used.
show mem status
Displays the size of the UAG's on-board RAM.
show ram-size
Displays the status of the UAG's power modules. The UAG has two power modules. It can
show redundant-
continue operating on a single power module if one fails.
power status
Displays the serial number of this UAG.
show serial-number
Displays the UAG's listening ports
show socket listen
Displays the ports that are open on the UAG.
show socket open
Displays how long the UAG has been running since it last restarted or was turned on.
show system uptime
Displays the UAG's model, firmware and build information.
show version
Here are examples of the commands that display the CPU and disk utilization.
Router(config)# show cpu status
CPU utilization: 0 %
CPU utilization for 1 min: 0 %
CPU utilization for 5 min: 0 %
