5.2.3 Viewing Archived Field Information
Fields which have been archived are stored on the system and can be
viewed in the Field History. More information about the treatment (such
as the ability to view a map, a list of products used in the treatment,
driver details, etc.) will be available if Advanced Data Records has been
enabled.
1. From the Main menu press RECORDS.
2. Press HISTORY.
3. Select the treatment from the list
which is to be viewed and press
DETAILS.
5.2.4 Un-Archiving a Field
It may be necessary to load a treatment from the Field History back into a
memory slot in the Field Memory so that work can be reviewed or
completed.
1. From the Main menu press RECORDS.
2. Press HISTORY.
3. Select the treatment from the list
which is to be Un-Archived and press
DETAILS.
4. Press tab.
EDIT
5. Press
UN-ARCHIVE
Note: When a treatment is Un-Archived it is removed from the Field History. If this treatment is
then cleared from the Field Memory it will be permanently deleted.
