MAINTENANCE
BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH
NOTE:
Perform brake light switch adjustment after
adjusting the brake pedal play and height.
Adjust the brake light switch so that the brake
light will
come on when the brake engagement
begins.
Adiust by holding the switch body and turning
the adjusting nut. Do not turn the switch body.
NOTE:
The front brake light switch does not require
adjustment.
HEADLIGHT AIM
Adjust horizontally by loosening both headlight
bracket mounting bolts.
Adjust verticalty by loosening both headlight case
mounting bolts.
NOTE:
Adjust the headlight beam as specified
by
locall.ws and regulations.

UPPER LEVEL MARK ,..- ..,
After '84:
Check the clutch fluid reservoir level.
If the level nears the lower level mark, fill the
reservoir with OOT-4 BRAKE FLUID to the upper
level mark.
Check the entire system

CAUTION:
Do not remove the
colier until the lurndle-
bar luIS been tumed
so
tlurt the reservoir
is
level.
Avoid opmzting the clutch lever with the
cap removed. Ruid wiJ/ squirt out
if
the
lever is pulled.
Do not mix different types of fluid, as
they are not compatible.
