AIR BLEEDING
NOTE:
Check the fluid level often while bleeding
the clutch to prevent .ir from
being
pumped into the system.
Use only DOT 4 brake fluid from I sealed
container.
Do not mil( brake fluid
tYpes
end never
reuse the fluid which has been pumped out
during bleeding. or the eHiciency of the
clutch system will be imp'ired.
CLUTCH
1) Squeeze the dutch lev.... open the bleed valve
1/2 turn then dO$fl the vllvI.
NOTE:
00 not release the clutch lever until the
bleed vaivi has been closed again.
21 Release the clutch lever slowly end wait several
seconds after it reaches the end of its tr,v81.
Repeat the above steps until bubbles cease to appear
in the fluid coming out of the bleed valve.
Fill the fluid reservoir to 8 point somewhere bet·
ween the upper and the lower levets.
