COOLING SYSTEM
Connect the water hose to the water pipe and the
water pump and tighten the hose bands.
HOSE BANDS
Insert the dowel pins into the water pump. and
install a new O-ring in the groove of the water pump
cover.
Inslall the water pump cover and torque the bolu.
Install the left foot peg bracket.
Align the punch marks on the gearshift arm lind
the spindle, and install the gearshift arm.
InstaU the crankcase rear cover.
Tighten the drain plug at the left sub-frame.
Fill the system with a 50-50 mixture of distilled
water and ethylene glycol (page 6-3).
