COOLING SYSTEM
LOWER
RADIATOR HOSE
AFTER '85:
OVERFLOW TUBE
'83, '84, '85:
LOWER THERMOSTATIC
RADIATOR HOSE SWITCH WIRES
UPPER RADIATOR HOSE BAND
Loosen the upper radiator hose band.
Loosen the lower radiator hose band.
Disconnect the thermostatic switch wires from the
switch.
Disconnect the overflow tube at the radiator filler
neck.
Remove the radiator mounting bolts.
Remove the radiator white pulling the upper and
lower hoses off.

DISASSEMBLY
Remove the four nuts attaching the fan shroud to
the radiator and remolle the shroud.
