Measurement Functions – The SENSe Subsystem
Setting parameters for the logging function sets some parameters for
the stability and MinMax functions and vice versa.

Data Points is the number of samples that are
recorded before the logging mode is completed.
Data Points is an integer value.
Averaging time is a time value in seconds.
There is no time delay between averaging time
periods. Use sens:func:par:stab if you
want to use delayed measurement.
