Unified Messaging

This provides email notification of voicemail. When a voicemail is left in a user's voice box, the
user is sent an email with an attachment .wav file of the voice message, which can then be
played by the user's PC.
Any voicebox on the system (extension, system, phantom, ring group) can be programmed for
UM.
All UM programming is done via the Wizard.

Click-to-Dial

This is a PC application that presents a user with a single directory that includes system speed
dial entries, personal speed dial entries and system extensions. It can also include Outlook
Express address book entries.
When a user selects a directory entry to make an outgoing call, a call banner is presented on the
PC showing the directory details, their extension goes off-hook and dials the number, and the
user can talk using a headset attached top the PC. Incoming calls present a similar call banner
and can be answered by clicking on an icon on the PC screen. Call hold and transfer are also
supported.
It also provides a call history log as well as details of missed calls.
The application must be installed on each user's PC and individual extensions must be enabled on
the Versatility system using the Wizard.
The Click-to-Dial help file provides details of how to use the application.
