The default is that all lines ring group 1 in both day and night modes.
If the switch is equipped with a PRI Access and some Backup Lines are equipped then Incoming
ringing is programmed as follows:
• From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAMME key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
• Select "System Programming".
• Enter the System Programming Password and select "Lines".
• Select "Incoming Ringing" option.
• Select either 'PRI Access' or Line 31 - Line 34 or Access 1 - 2
• Continue the programming as described above
In the case of PRI the B-channels cannot be separated so the full PRI is programmed to ring an
extension or group. It can also be programmed for Courtesy or Auto Attendant service.
Note:
Lines 31 - 34 or Access 1 - 2 are the backup lines. Only those equipped are displayed.
No D-Channel backup is provided for the PRI Line.

Outgoing Restriction

Switch equipped with a PRI Access

If the switch is programmed with a PRI Access only this option is not presented on the Line
programming Menu.
If the switch is equipped with Lines as backup 'Outgoing restriction' is programmed as follows:
• From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAMME key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
• Select "System Programming".
• Enter the System Programming Password and select "Lines".
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "Outgoing Restriction" is displayed.
• Select "Outgoing Restriction" option.
• The menu updates to show only the back up lines equipped (Line 31 - Line 34 or Access 1- 2)
• Select the required line
• The extension menu is displayed.
• Select the extensions to be restricted from selecting the line for outgoing calls.
• In default no restriction applies.

Incoming calls only when PRI is programmed

When Incoming calls only is selected when the switch is equipped with a PRI Access the display
updates showing the B-Channels and backup lines and are programmed as follows:
• From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAMME key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
• Select "System Programming".
• Enter the System Programming Password and select "Lines".
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "Incoming Calls Only" is displayed.
• Select "Incoming Calls Only" option.
• The menu updates to show all B channels and the back up lines/Accesses
• Select the required lines to be reserved for incoming calls only.
• In default no lines are programmed.
Note:
If 12 B-Channels are available and 8 lines are selected then a total of 4 B-Channels
are available to extensions to select for outgoing calls.
If a user selects a Line key of a line that is set as Incoming only, busy tone is returned and the
message 'Restricted' is shown on the display.
