• From the Programming Extension, press the PROGRAMME Key
• Press the Scroll Down Key ( ) until 'System programming' is displayed.
• Select 'System programming'.
• Enter the System Programming Password and select 'Lines'.
• Select 'Group Programming'
• The 20 Groups are shown. Select the Group
• Two options are shown, Ring Group and Hunt Group. A solid diamond indicates which type
the group is currently set. Select Ring group. The menu showing the equipped Extensions
and 'Other' is displayed. Selecting 'Other' will show the Central Bell, if the Options module
is fitted and S

the Central Bell if it is to be included.
• If Hunt Group is chosen select the type of Hunting for the Group, Linear, Circular or Longest
Idle. A solid diamond indicates which type of Hunt Group is currently set. Select the type of
group required. For Linear and Circular select the required extensions in order of priority as
this will determine the order the extensions will be rung within the group. The length of time
that each extension is rung before stepping on to the next extension in the group can be
changed from the default of 15 seconds by changing the 'Hunt Timer', which can be found
in 'System Programming' under 'System', 'Timers'.

Logging In and Out of Hunt Groups

When an extension is programmed as a member of a hunt group the option to log in or out is
shown on the display of the phone.
When "Log In/Out" is selected you are presented with a menu showing the groups that you are a
member of. Those with a solid diamond are the groups you are logged in to. Select the extension
you want to log in to or out of.
Note: When an standard telephone has been assigned to a hunt group, the code to log in/out to
the hunt group is 723 followed by the group directory number (180 - 199).
To log in to all groups you are a member of dial 723*1.
To log out of all groups you are a member of dial 723*0.

Associating Lines with Groups or Extensions for Incoming Ringing

By associating lines with Groups or Individual Extensions you can have lines ringing different
groups, or Individual Extensions, in Day and Night modes.
• From the Programming Extension, press the PROGRAMME Key
• Press the Scroll Down Key ( ) until 'System programming' is displayed.
• Select 'System programming'.
• Enter the System Programming Password and select 'Lines'
• Select 'Incoming Ringing'.
• Select the line or Access.
• Select 'Day', Night', or 'Day and Night'.
• If the Line is to ring an individual Extension select extension and then the required
extension. If the Line is to be presented to a group select Group and then the required
Group.
The default is that all lines and Accesses ring Group 1 in both Day and Night Modes.
Note: To program Incoming Ringing when a PRI interface Access is installed see page 108
