On Hold options

The option determines what is heard by internal and external callers when they are placed on
hold. Four options are available; Tone on hold, Internal music-on-hold (this is integrated into the
system and cannot be changed), External music-on-hold, and Silence. A solid diamond indicates
which option is currently enabled. The default setting is Internal music on hold. An external
music-on-hold source can be connected to the system either via a mini jack on the Options
module or via a Music on Hold module (MOH module) connected to an extension. The MOH
module can only be used if no Options module is connected to the system.
The system will automatically detect if an Options module is connected. If it is, then the external
music on hold source is provided via the Options Module. If no Options module is detected then
the MOH module must be used.
