DS3/E3 testing procedure

Perform the following steps to verify backplane cabling to GRP B function slot of the

VLIU access panel.

Cabling to DS3/E3 connectors located on the VLIU access panel are located on the front

panel labeled "GRP B." If a VLNC50/52 circuit pack is installed, DS3/E3 cabling will

need to be tested.

This procedure requires the use of a DS3/E3 test set.
