Loosen setscrews of bobbin case holder

position bracket .
Move bobbin case holder position bracket

to the right and left to adjust so that the center
of bobbin case holder position bracket is
aligned with the center of the needle. Then,
tighten setscrews .
Loosen setscrews of bobbin case holder
9)
position bracket base .
10) Move bobbin case holder position bracket
base back and forth to adjust so that the
end face position of bobbin case holder posi-
tion bracket is aligned with the end face of
notch at the groove section of the bobbin case
holder. Then, tighten setscrews .
When making the needle size thicker,
confirm the clearance between the
needle tip or the intermediate presser
and the wiper. Wiper cannot be used
unless the clearance is secured. In
this case, turn OFF the wiper switch,
or change the set value of memory
switch U105.
When the height of the needle guard
of the driver is not proper, abrasion
of the blade point of inner hook or
stitch skipping will be caused.
