5. Turn the MFD on in the same manner.
6. On the PFD go to the GEA CONFIGURATION page using the FMS knob.
7. Press softkeys 1, 2, 3, and 4 in that order to activate the VERIFY softkey.
8. Press the VERIFY softkey to begin the manual verification.
9. Following completion of the GEA verification, cycle power and restart the G1000 system.
10. Continue loading software and configuration files for the GEA and any remaining LRUs as required.
