turned on, even in a monitoring state, in the cabin.

Press the NAV2 external remote transfer switch
again to cycle its operation

Check NAV2 remote transfer switch and wiring
•
Switch GIA1 and GIA2, to verify location of
problem:
If problem follows the unit, replace GIA2.
