2.3.6.3 Working with Lists
When a list of available ent ries displays next t o a list of select ed ent ries, you can oft en j ust double-
click an ent ry t o m ove it from one list t o t he ot her. I n som e list s you can also use t he [ Shift ] or
[ Ct rl] key t o select m ult iple ent ries, and t hen use t he arrow but t on t o m ove t hem t o t he ot her list .

DESCRIPTION
Click t his t o creat e a new ent ry. For feat ures where t he ent ry's posit ion in t he
num bered list is im port ant ( feat ures where t he device applies t he t able's
ent ries in order like t he firewall for exam ple) , you can select an ent ry and click
Add t o creat e a new ent ry aft er t he select ed ent ry.
Double- click an ent ry or select it and click Edit t o open a screen where you
can m odify t he ent ry's set t ings. I n som e t ables you can j ust click a t able ent ry
and edit it direct ly in t he t able. For t hose t ypes of t ables sm all red t riangles
display for t able ent ries wit h changes t hat you have not yet applied.
To rem ove an ent ry, select it and click Re m ove . The device confirm s you want
t o rem ove it before doing so.
To t urn on an ent ry, select it and click Act iva t e .
To t urn off an ent ry, select it and click I n a ct iva t e .
Select an ent ry and click Obj e ct Re fe r e n ce t o open a screen t hat shows
which set t ings use t he ent ry.
To change an ent ry's posit ion in a num bered list , select it and click M ove t o
display a field t o t ype a num ber for where you want t o put t hat ent ry and
press [ ENTER] t o m ove t he ent ry t o t he num ber t hat you t yped. For exam ple,
if you t ype 6, t he ent ry you are m oving becom es num ber 6 and t he previous
ent ry 6 ( if t here is one) get s pushed up ( or down) one.
