Select a posit ion free of obst ruct ions on a st urdy wall.

Drill t wo holes for t he screws.
Be careful to avoid damaging pipes or cables located inside the wall
when drilling holes for the screws.

I nt ernet Explorer support SSL, and m any Web sit es use t he prot ocol t o
obt ain confident ial user inform at ion, such as credit card num bers. By
convent ion, URLs t hat require an SSL connect ion st art wit h " ht t ps"
inst ead of " ht t p". The device allows SSL connect ions t o t ake place
t hrough t he device.
Your device checks t he MAC address of t he wireless st at ion against a
list of allowed or denied MAC addresses.
Wit h t he wireless associat ion list , you can see t he list of t he wireless
st at ions t hat are current ly using t he device t o access your wired
net work.
Built- in m essage logging and packet t racing. The device st ores up t o
512 event logs or 1024 debug logs.
The em bedded FTP server enables fast firm ware upgrades as well as
configurat ion file backups and rest orat ion.
SNMP ( Sim ple Net work Managem ent Prot ocol) is a prot ocol used for
exchanging m anagem ent inform at ion bet ween net work devices. SNMP
is a m em ber of t he TCP/ I P prot ocol suit e. Your device support s SNMP
agent funct ionalit y, which allows a m anger st at ion t o m anage and
m onit or t he device t hrough t he net work. The device support s SNMP
version one ( SNMPv1) , version t wo c ( SNMPv2c) , and version t hree
( SNMPv3) .
DFS ( Dynam ic Frequency Select ion) and TPC ( Transm it Power Cont rol)
from I EEE 802.11h allows a wider choice of 802.11a wireless channels.
The device can be m anaged via CAPWAP ( Cont rol And Provisioning of
Wireless Access Point s) , which allows m ult iple APs t o be configured and
m anaged by a single AP cont roller.
