Connect ions are kicked based on eit her idle t im e ou t or sign a l st r e n gt h . The device first looks t o
see which devices have been idle t he longest , t hen st art s kicking t hem in order of highest idle t im e.
I f no connect ions are idle, t he next crit eria t he device analyzes is signal st rengt h. Devices wit h t he
weakest signal st rengt h are kicked first .
