hereunder wit h respect t o t he Soft ware. ZyXEL is not obligat ed t o provide any m aint enance,
t echnical or ot her support for t he result ant m odified Soft ware. You m ay not copy, reverse engineer,
decom pile, reverse com pile, t ranslat e, adapt , or disassem ble t he Soft ware, or any part t hereof, nor
shall you at t em pt t o creat e t he source code from t he obj ect code for t he Soft ware. Except as and
only t o t he ext ent expressly perm it t ed in t his License, you m ay not m arket , co- brand, and privat e
label or ot herwise perm it t hird part ies t o link t o t he Soft ware, or any part t hereof. You m ay not use
t he Soft ware, or any part t hereof, in t he operat ion of a service bureau or for t he benefit of any
ot her person or ent it y. You m ay not cause, assist or perm it any t hird part y t o do any of t he
foregoing. Port ions of t he Soft ware ut ilize or include t hird part y soft ware and ot her copyright

5.Confident ialit y
You acknowledge t hat t he Soft ware cont ains propriet ary t rade secret s of ZyXEL and you hereby
agree t o m aint ain t he confident ialit y of t he Soft ware using at least as great a degree of care as you
use t o m aint ain t he confident ialit y of your own m ost confident ial inform at ion. You agree t o
reasonably com m unicat e t he t erm s and condit ions of t his License Agreem ent t o t hose persons
em ployed by you who com e int o cont act wit h t he Soft ware, and t o use reasonable best effort s t o
ensure t heir com pliance wit h such t erm s and condit ions, including, wit hout lim it at ion, not
knowingly perm it t ing such persons t o use any port ion of t he Soft ware for t he purpose of deriving
t he source code of t he Soft ware.
6.No Warrant y
