3 To modify the name of the Extension List, edit the contents of the Name
text box.
Changing the name of an extension list invalidates any aspect of the dial
plan that refers to the name.
Example: If any destination route refers to this list, the route becomes
invalid. You must change all references to the extension list name in the
dial plan configuration file, then reimport it.
4 To add an extension to the Extensions in List scroll list, highlight it in the
Extensions not in List scroll list and click the << button. You can use
Shift-click to select a block of extensions, and Control-click to select
several extensions at different locations in the list.
5 To remove an extension from the extension list, highlight it the Extensions
in List scroll list and click the >> button. The extension moves to the
Extensions not in List scroll list.
The Priority function applies only to extension lists. In the left scroll list
(Extensions in List), you can highlight an extension name, enter a priority
number in the text box, and click the Change Priority In List button. The
new priority appears within the square brackets to the left of the item
(replacing the default value of 50), and the position of the item in the list
reflects the new priority.
