Setting the monitoring functions

Procedure
To set the SDI function, proceed as follows:
1. Select the safety function SDI.
2. Set the following in this screen form:

Enable the function.

– The delay time up to active monitoring.

The tolerance for motion in the monitored direction.

– The response when the monitoring function responds.

If you leave this signal interconnection to the factory setting, when SDI is
