The commands described in this section configure connection parameters
for the wireless interfaces.

transmit-power Adjusts the power of the radio signals
transmitted from the access point
interface-radio-mode Forces the operating mode of the 802.11g
radio

beacon-interval Configures the rate at which beacon signals

RTS must be sent to the receiving station
prior to the sending station starting
communications
description Adds a description to the wireless interface
ssid Configures the service set identifier
closed system Opens access to clients without a pre-
configured SSID
assoc- timeout- Configures the idle time interval (when no
interval frames are sent) after which a client is
disassociated from the VAP interface
auth- timeout-value Configures the time interval after which
clients must be re-authenticated
