In this example the peer, named peer1, is deleted:
[ipsec peer]=>
[ipsec peer]=>delete
name = peer1
:IPSec peer delete name=peer1

The result of this operation is verified with the
[ipsec peer]=>list
[ipsec peer]=>
If a peer is currently referred to by a Phase 2 connection, it cannot be
deleted. In order to delete the peer, it needs to be detached from the
connection first.
