Replacing the Staple Cartridge for Booklet
(When a C Booklet Finisher is Installed)
When a C Booklet Finisher (optional) is installed and it is time to replace the booklet
staple cartridge, a message appears on the display. When this message appears,
replace the staple cartridge with a new one.

Make sure that the machine is not
in operation before opening the
front cover of the finisher.

Slide the unit out of the machine
while pushing the levers R2 and R3
to the right.

Press in the tabs on both sides of
the booklet staple cartridge, and
pull it out of the unit.

Insert a new booklet staple
cartridge into the original position
while pressing in the tabs on both
sides of the cartridge, and then
push it in until it clicks into place.
