Notes
• Depending on the video format setting (see page 70), some parameters
cannot be selected.
• If you select HDTV, color difference component signals (Y/P
output from the analog signal output connectors of the BKDF-962. If you
select another parameter (excluding UXGA and WUXGA), RGB signals
are output.

If you selected SXGA or UXGA in step 4, rotate the F3 knob to select the
output mode.
4:3: Cut both sides of the picture and output with aspect ratio 4:3 (edge crop
output).
LB: Output letterbox video.
Note
When 4:3 is selected, the amount cut at the sides of the picture differs
between SXGA and UXGA.

Rotate the F4 knob to specify the system format of the output destination.
50Hz: When the system format of the output destination is 50 Hz.
60Hz: When the system format of the output destination is 60 Hz.
Note
50Hz can be selected only when the switcher's video format (see page 70)
is set to 625/50, 720/50, or 1080/50. This setting affects only digital signals
output from the BKDF-962.
The multi-view function is available when you install the optional BKDF-950
Multi Viewer Board in the processor unit. By assigning multi-view output to an
AUX connector and connecting a video monitor, you can check video on a
monitor screen divided into up to 16 partitions, including input video, program
output video, and preview video.
