Disable Instance 1, namely remove all the maping VLANs 1-100:

Remove VLANs 1-50 in maping VLANs 1-100 for Instance 1:
T2700G-28TQ(config)#spanning-tree mst configuration
T2700G-28TQ(config-mst)#no instance 1 vlan 1-50

name —— The region name, used to identify MST region. It ranges from 1 to 32
characters.
