2.13. Fixed Hard Disk Drives

Removing a Fixed Hard Disk
Drive
Prerequisite:
Remove the top cover. See Opening the Top Cover on
page 2-9.
1. Slide the HDD assembly toward the back of the chassis
until HDD assembly is free.
Installing a Fixed HDD
2. Remove the HDD assembly from the chassis.
3. Remove the screw(s) securing the HDD support bracket
to the HDD.
Installing Fixed HDD Support Bracket
4. Remove the HDD support bracket from the HDD.
