Front Differential Disassembly
1. Make sure that the oil is drained from the differential
assembly.
2. Remove the four (4) flange head screws from the in-
put cover. Remove the cover.
3. Remove the pinion shaft from housing by pulling it
out of the gear case by hand.
4. Inspect the inner pinion bushing in the gear case. If
the bushing is excessively worn, the gear case must be
replaced. The bushing is not serviced separately.
