You can restore the P-400R initial settings. The procedure is as follows.
1 Display the [Setup menu] screen.
2 Select [Reset all], and then press the
[OK] (or right) button.
A confirmation message appears.
3 Use the top and bottom buttons of the
multi-selector to select [Yes] or [No],
and then press the [OK] (or right)
button.
If [Yes] is selected, the P-400R settings are
initialized to the factory settings.
The [Setup menu] screen appears again.
The settings that will be initialized

The following settings will be initialized:
 Settings that can be specified from the shooting menu
 Settings that can be specified from the playback menu
 Settings that can be specified from the setup menu (except the language and
time settings)
 Scene mode settings
 White balance settings
 Exposure compensation
