Using Continuous Shooting Mode

You can specify the continuous shooting mode settings to be used during capturing.
The procedure is as follows.
1
In shooting mode, press the [MENU]
button to display the [Shooting menu]
screen.
2
Select [Continuous], and then press the
[OK] (or right) button.
The [Continuous] screen appears.
3
Select one of the following modes:
 Single (initial setting)
In this mode, a single image is acquired
with a press of the capture switch.
 Best Shot Selector
In this mode, a maximum of 10 frames
of images is acquired while the capture
switch is pressed, and only the image
whose file size is largest is saved (the
shutter sound is not emitted).
Generally, the size of images that are
not vibrated or defocused tends to be
larger than vibrated or defocused
images.
If this mode is selected, the BSS icon
( ) is displayed in the LCD monitor.
* This mode can be selected only if a
JPG mode is selected as the image
quality mode. When TIFF is selected,
only a single image is acquired like in
normal capturing.)
