Specifies whether or not the CPE can use STUN. This applies only to
the use of STUN in association with the ACS to allow UDP Connection
Requests.

Specifies the host name or IP address of the STUN server for the CPE
to send Binding Requests.

This setting is available only when
"ANNEX_G_STUN_ENABLE" is set to "Y".

If the value for this setting is an empty string and
"ANNEX_G_STUN_ENABLE" is set to "Y", the CPE must use the
address of the ACS extracted from the host portion of the ACS
URL.
