1 Introduction
This setup guide is intended for trained users authorized to operate professional high-brightness
projection systems located in restricted areas such as projection rooms in theatres. Such users may also
be trained to replace the lamp and air filter, but cannot install the projector or perform any other
functions inside the projector. Only trained and qualified Christie service technicians knowledgeable
about all potential hazards associated with high voltage, ultraviolet exposure and high temperatures
generated by the lamp and associated circuits are authorized to 1) assemble/install the projector and 2)
perform service functions inside the projector.

Purchase Record and Service Contacts

Whether the projector is under warranty or the warranty has expired, Christie's highly trained and
extensive factory and dealer service network is always available to quickly diagnose and correct
projector malfunctions. Complete service manuals and updates are available to service technicians for
all projectors.
Should you encounter a problem with any part of the projector and require assistance, contact your
dealer. In most cases, servicing is performed on site. If you have purchased the projector, fill out the
information below and keep with your records.
