Alarm Condition
FAILED INTERLOCK
Failed heat extractor
(for external duct at the top of the projector)
Failed AC Lamp Blower
(little or no airflow detected)
Lamp door is open
Failed auxiliary interlock
(usually for fire alarms or automation systems)
Failed high-security lock
(tamper switch - cinema use will be disabled)
OVER-TEMPERATURE
Prism is too hot
Red DMD too hot
Green DMD too hot
Blue DMD too hot
Integrator too hot
Exhaust airflow temperature too hot
FANS
A main fan (#1, #2, or #3) is too slow or
stopped
A card cage fan (#6 or #7) is too slow or
stopped
Laminar airflow is too slow or stopped
Liquid cooling pump fan too slow or stopped
LAMP
Lamp needs rotation
Lamp life has expired

How to Correct
May not be turned on. 450 CFM required (See
ing, on page 2-4
for details). Replacement heat extractor may be required.
Check for interference at vane switch. Replace fan.
Check that lamp door is securely shut.
Check auxiliary switch wiring. Check the external controlling device.
Ensure the front, top lid is securely shut and locked.
Power down & cool projector. Reduce lamp power. Ambient temperature may be
too high. Check air filter and sensor. Check liquid cooling fan.
Power down & cool projector. Reduce lamp power. Ambient temperature may be
too high. Check air filter and sensor. Check liquid cooling fan.
Power down & cool projector. Reduce lamp power. Ambient temperature may be
too high. Check air filter and sensor. Check liquid cooling fan.

"0RPM" = device failure, "FAIL" = sensor failure. Replacement fan/sensor may
be required.

Replacement pump may be required
Lamp has reached half of its set lamp limit, turn 180 degrees to improve lamp life.
Recommend lamp replacement
