ENGINE SPROCKET AND GEAR SHIFT LEVER
• Disengage the gearshift lever 1.
• Remove the engine sprocket cover 2.
• Remove the clamp 3.
• Remove the clutch push rod 4.
• Remove the speed sensor rotor 5.
• Remove the engine sprocket nut 6 and its washer.
NOTE:
When loosening the engine sprocket nut 6 , depress the brake
pedal.
• Loosen the rear axle nut 7.
• Loosen the chain adjuster lock-nuts.
• Loosen the chain adjusters 8.
• Push the rear wheel forward and make sure that the drive
chain has enough slack.
• Disengage the drive chain from the rear sprocket.
