• Tighten the head cover bolts to the specified torque.
 Head cover bolt: Initial: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m)
Final : 14 N·m (1.4 kgf-m)
STARTER MOTOR
• Install the new O-ring 1 to the starter motor.

Use new O-ring to prevent oil leakage.
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the O-ring.
 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
• Install the starter motor 2.
 Starter motor mounting bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m)
• Install the spark plugs. (2-6)
