• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the O-rings and install
them into the cylinder head.

Replace the O-rings with new ones.
 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
• Fit the gasket 2 and tighten the ECT sensor.
 ECT sensor: 18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m)
• Install the thermostat 3.
NOTE:
The jiggle valve A of thermostat faces upside.
• Install the thermostat cover 4.
 Thermostat cover bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m)
• Install the water hose 5. (10-23)
CAMSHAFT
• Turn the crankshaft clockwise with the box wrench and align
the line A on the starter clutch with the index mark B of valve
timing inspection hole while keeping the cam chain pulled
upward.
