The second page of the Adapter Format Wizard has the following buttons:
Reset Click Reset to return all the values to the default settings.

Back Click Back to save data temporally and perform the first part of

Help Click Help to display the online help for the dialog box.

After all the settings have been correctly entered click Finish to save the settings.
The Save dialog box will then appear.
To save the Slide Adapter Format file, type in the desired filename of the newly
created .saf file and click Save.
