PACKING AND TRANSPORT OF THE MACHINE

When you need to transport the machine, always the original packing material. If you do not pack the
machine correctly, you risk invalidating the warranty.
• Set the mains switch of the machine to OFF (position 0).
• Disconnect the mains lead from the wall socket, then disconnect all cables connected to the
machine.
• Close the paper stop of the scanner ouput tray.
• Pack the terminal in its original plastic bag and packing box.
• Make sure that you properly close the boxes with adhesive tape.
• Place all the documentation (printed documents and CD-ROM (depending on model)) and all
leads into the box.
