7-1. Usage Environment
In order to maintain the performance of this system and use it comfortably, please
protect the usage environment of this system and the storage environment of paper
and consumables.

• Store paper and consumables in the following
locations:
■A place away from direct sunlight
■A place far from this system and air conditioners
■A place with low humidity
■A stable place where paper can be placed
horizontally
■A place with little or no dust/power paper dust
• Keep the paper in the paper it is wrapped in as much as
possible.
Even if you open the paper package once, we recommend that
you wrap the rest of the paper in wrapping paper and store it.
• Manage consumables according to the storage conditions
stated on the packaging box.
• We recommend that you always have spare paper and
consumables on hand according to the usage conditions.
[Installation surface]
• Keep the floor surface this system is installed on level.
• If you change the installation location, be sure to contact the service
representative.
• Check the temperature and humidity of the
installation location of this system.
■Recommended environment
Room temperature: 20°C to 26°C
Humidity: 40% RH to 60% RH
